I would give this home a 10 out of 10 because it looks exactly like the photos—very modern, with comfortable beds, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We stayed here with no issues at all and were extremely pleased. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to stay an extra night at no cost due to weather conditions back home, as well as offering a late checkout at no charge. Every time I come back, I will be hoping I can book this home again. A million thanks to the host for such kindness and generosity.

Jaime’s place is perfect for a small group. The place is clean and exactly like the pictures. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Plus Jaime was easy to communicate with when needed! Would stay again

I loved it here it was close to everything in San Juan all our ubers were under $8 if we were traveling in the San Juan area and a lot of the locations were walking distance. The host communicated and offered places to go to in the area. I loved it here and when I come back this would be my stay 100 times. PURA VIDA 🇵🇷 I LOVE PUERTO RICO & Jaime’s BNB everything was worth it

Me and the other 5 guest loved it the second we walked in. Everything was clean and the house was very spacious. I recommend this house 100%. I went specifically for the festival Sanse 2026 and it was around a 10-15 minute walk to Sagrado where we took the buses. Also around 10 minutes or less to the nearest beach!

Thank you so much for making us feel at home here in Isla Verde. The space was large enough to accommodate a very busy photo/media team on travel here, and we had everything we needed in our accommodations to be effective in our work!

We had a wonderful stay at Christian’s condo. It was a very central location for our activities and plenty of room for 5 of us. He was quick to respond and the check-in and check-out instructions were very thorough.

Beautiful, spotless unit with brand new appliances and fixtures. Large TV with abundant channel selection. Modern functional bathrooms with large walk in shower. Host left snacks and cold water which was very much appreciated anf thoughtful. Recommend highly for your next visit to San Juan.

Spectacular views and beach, central location, walkable area, loved sipping coffee on the balcony and taking walks on the beach both to the west and east, Lynette welcomed us in person, was incredibly responsive, provided great recommendations on restaurants and day trips. Overall a fabulous first visit to PR and would definitely stay at this condo again. Thank you!
